OVERALL / PROJECT TERMS

Good work starts
with clear agreements.

These are general working principles. Before paid work starts, confirm the exact scope and commercial terms in writing.

1. Scope and approval

A written brief or quote should list deliverables, format, timeline, price, payment milestones, included revisions and exclusions. Work starts after both sides confirm the scope and any agreed initial payment, if applicable. Extra work needs written confirmation before it proceeds.

2. Price and payment

The quote should state price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, due dates and invoice details. Do not infer price, deposit or tax treatment from a website sample. Keep payment records and obtain billing documents as appropriate for the arrangement and applicable law.

3. Timelines

Timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing. Client delays, changes of direction, extra requests or a third-party outage may affect delivery. Material changes should be communicated and a revised plan agreed.

4. Revisions and approval

The quote should specify included revision rounds. Refinement within the approved brief differs from a new concept, major change of direction or additional format. Any extra charge should be accepted in writing first. Review names, prices, spelling, links, claims and final files before publication.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Raise cancellations in writing as early as possible. A fair close-out identifies completed work, approved non-cancellable costs, delivered items and amounts paid for work not performed. Subject to applicable law and the accepted quote, charges should be limited to agreed completed work and approved committed costs, with any unearned balance returned. There is no blanket waiver of statutory refund or consumer rights. For a concern, email overall54120@gmail.com with the project reference and desired resolution.

6. Client materials

The client is responsible for permission to supply logos, photos, video, music, copy, fonts, testimonials and other materials. Do not request unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content. Pause work if a permission or legal claim is unclear.

7. Ownership and licences

The accepted quote should specify the rights assigned or licensed, permitted uses, duration and when they take effect. Unless the agreement says otherwise and subject to applicable law, payment for a final deliverable does not automatically include unused drafts, editable source files, third-party fonts, stock assets, music or software licences. Confidential client work should not be published as a case study without agreed permission.

8. Results and account security

Creative services do not guarantee sales, engagement, search positions, followers, traffic or ad approval. Clients should keep control of their accounts and use authorised access; never share passwords or one-time codes in a public enquiry.

9. Capacity and legal terms

The accepted quote governs project details subject to mandatory law. Where a commitment legally requires an adult, guardian or authorised representative, complete that step before accepting money or starting the commitment. This is general information, not a substitute for legal advice or a project-specific agreement.
